Fares and Passes

Upon boarding the bus, it is required that riders pay the exact fare as no change can be refunded. Some individuals find that purchasing the pre-paid punch cards are more convenient.

How to use a Pre-paid Fare Card

Upon boarding the bus driver will punch the appropriate amount of punches that will equal the total amount of fare for your particular trip. Find the fares and punch ticket prices below.

Ticket and Token Sales

$10.00 DART Punch Tickets are sold by the Bus Drivers and at the DART Office.

DART Tokens are only sold to Agencies and only at the DART Office. Please call in advance for staff to have tokens ready for pick up. Tokens come in sheets of 20. Agencies can either purchase a $15.00 sheet of tokens (made up of 10 - $1 tokens and 10 - $.0.50 tokens) or a $20 sheet of tokens (made up of 20 - $1.00 tokens).
Niles DART is now accepting credit cards, in the office for Ticket and Token sales. There is a convenience fee of 3% (minimum of $2.00) that will be added to all Ticket and Token Sales. Rider fares cannot be paid on the buses by Credit Card at this time.

*Seniors ages 60 and older and individuals with disabilities are eligible to receive half fares. Please apply for the Reduced Fare Card Program  and return the application to your nearest transportation provider.
