You may wait in your residence until the driver arrives. The driver will honk the horn and can wait for up to two minutes only so please be ready. Please call our scheduling office at 269-471-1100 or 1-800-654-1827.
Canceling Reservations / No-Show Policy
If you no longer need a scheduled ride, please be courteous and cancel your reservation at least one hour prior to the time of your pickup by calling Dispatch at 269-471-1100. If a passenger fails to show for a scheduled ride, a no-show infraction is issued for the cost of the scheduled ride. The fee is assessed at the time of the next ride.
