In addition, a Closed Session Meeting of the TCATA Board will be held, pursuant to  Michigan Open Meeting Act under MCL 15.268(1)(e), at the Benton Harbor City Chambers from 6:30p.m. to 7:00p.m., November 22, 2022.

“Closed session to consult with the Board’s attorney regarding trial or settlement strategy in connection with specific pending litigation of Bragg v. Twin Cities Transportation Authority, pursuant to the Open Meetings Act, MCL 15.268 (1)(e).”
