Protecting Your Rights
Pursuant to federal requirements, the Buchanan Dial a Ride is required to operate its service and other programs without regard to race, color, and national origin. As such, to ensure that Buchanan Dial a Ride customers are not discriminated against, we have adopted processes that promote equal access and quality service to all customers.
